Stakeholder and Communication Channels
The questionnaire survey on sustainability issues is not the only way for PalyNitride to understand the stakeholders’ issues of concern. In the operation process, PlayNitride continuously communicates and discusses important issues with various stakeholders in a multi-channel and open and transparent manner, so as to ensure that the concerns and expectations of various stakeholders can put the operational strategies and objectives of PlayNitride into account, and responds to stakeholders with substantive operating results, and then summarizes the communication channels with various important stakeholders in 2021 (as Table 2).
Key Stakeholder Communication Channels and Frequency (Table 2)

Issues of concern to important stakeholders involves the input and dispatch of funds, manpower and related resources. It will also have a mutually exclusive effect under limited resources, thus requiring gradual planning from the process of company operation to execute implementation. Therefore, in the process of engaging with various important stakeholders, we also examine the relevance of various stakeholders and PlayNitride, contemplate the purpose and focus of the response, and then bring about short-term practices and long-term strategic objectives.
